DR. Tatum


Matthew Tatum, PsyD received his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Rosemead School of Psychology. Early in his career, he played a key role in helping develop two integrated behavioral health departments for Federally Qualified Health Centers in Fresno County. In 2015 he assumed the Executive Director role at First Steps Recovery. There he grew a single, six bed residential drug and alcohol treatment center into a six bed detoxification facility, 16 bed residential treatment center, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program, and 30 bed sober living program. Expanding services such as this is a passion and life’s work for Dr. Tatum. His goal for Sierra Meadows is to expand services to the entire Central Valley and be able to provide care for all those in need.

Stacy Ippolito, LMFT

Clinical Director

Stacy is a Central Valley native, and has recently moved back after completing her education and training in San Diego. Stacy received her undergraduate degree in Psychology at San Diego State University, and went on to complete her graduate studies at Azusa Pacific University obtaining her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Prior to joining Oasis Eating Disorders Recovery as our Clinical Director, she dedicated herself to working in the Eating Disorders Outpatient Program at Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital as a Program Therapist. Stacy assumed many administrative responsibilities to ensure quality of care for her patients, and the program. Additionally, she supported their Practicum Student Training Program as a Supervisor of MFT Practicum Trainees and Social Work Interns. Stacy has always been passionate about helping those who suffer from mental illness. She is excited to be able to offer Eating Disorders treatment to the community with the goal of healing their relationship with food, and self-image. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, reading, and spending time with her family.

Stephanie Patrick

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Stephanie Patrick-Calvillo, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with training and experience treating patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan and across practice environments; including inpatient and outpatient settings. Her education includes a Master of Science in Nursing degree with a focus on Executive Healthcare as well as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specialization from the University of St. Louis. Stephanie provides personalized, compassionate, and comprehensive care for patients. When not caring for patients Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and collecting plants.

Teryn Buchanan, RD, IFNCP

Registered Dietitian

Teryn Buchanan, RD, IFNCP is a Registered Dietitian who completed her Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition Sciences at California State University Fresno. She also holds the credentials of Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP). Prior to coming to Oasis Eating Disorder Recovery, Teryn was a Clinical Dietitian at Saint Agnes Medical Center and owner and operator of Integrative Nutrition Solutions. Her broad background also includes skilled nursing, assisted living, and hospice care. Her experience in end-of-life nutrition drove her desire to support people, and improve their quality of life. She is passionate about helping people make peace with their bodies and with food. Teryn also loves hiking, live music, and spending time with her family and two children.
