Kristen Coleman is a Registered Dietitian with 16 years of experience specializing in pediatric nutrition. She earned her bachelor’s degree in food science and nutrition with an emphasis in Dietetics and Food Administration from California State University, Fresno, and completed her Dietetic Internship through Fresno State. Kristen’s career includes roles at Valley Children’s Hospital and Community Regional Medical Centers, where she focused on pediatric GI, cardiology, and critical care. She is passionate about the healing power of nutrition and loves teaching others how food supports both physical and mental health. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys yoga, meditation, baking, camping, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
