She currently oversees multiple behavioral health programs across nonprofit and treatment settings, including mental health, substance use, and eating disorder services.

She is passionate about building sustainable, people-centered programs that support both client care and employee well-being. Her work focuses heavily on improving organizational systems, strengthening workplace culture, and helping teams navigate growth and change within high-demand healthcare environments.
